Who we are

“PNS Associates”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the real-estate advisory and property services business operating in India, involved in marketing, selling, leasing, and facilitating transactions for residential and commercial properties, as well as providing real-estate training and related consultancy.

Any specific property transaction (sale/lease/booking/allotment) will be governed by a separate written agreement with the relevant developer/owner/entity. These Terms do not replace those agreements.

Use of our website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and lawful activities only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us (enquiry forms, bookings, KYC, etc.) is accurate, complete, and current.

Listings, accuracy & third-party information

Property details, availability, pricing, floor plans, amenities, approvals, and timelines are usually provided by developers/owners and may change without prior notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up to date at all times.

You should independently verify key facts (title, approvals, RERA status, area, pricing, possession timelines, taxes/charges) before making any decision. Brochures, visuals, and sample flats are indicative and may differ from final deliverables.

Site visits, bookings & payments

Site visits are subject to scheduling and access permissions. Any booking amount, token, or application money is governed by the relevant developer/owner’s terms. Payment schedules, cancellation, and refund rules are as per the specific transaction documents (booking form, allotment letter, sale/lease deed, etc.).

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, PNS Associates does not undertake to refund any amount paid to developers/owners or third parties. Payment gateways or convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable.

Real-estate training & education

Our training content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Outcomes may vary based on market conditions and individual effort. You should seek independent professional advice before making investment or business decisions.
